Bronwyn gets tubes in her ears.
When we took Bronwyn to the ear doctor after several bad infections, (7 since birth) and he suggested tubes. We were ok with that, and knew that it needed to happen. Besides, a lot of my girlfriends and family members said it was a breeze and no big deal at all. At first, it WASN'T a big deal at all. Then, as the surgery got closer I started to stress. I lost sleep. I was worried sick. And to top it off, Donny had to be out of town for work the day of the surgery, so I had to tackle it-ALONE. So, I did what any strong willed mother would do. I put on my brave face and-ahem, called my sister to come along :/ She is an RN, I call her for everything. ANYWAY- everything went very smooth. Everyone was right. I swear my child thinks that she went to the hospital for a nap and then awoke to popsicles and candy.
Doctor visit
Right before surgery! Look at how scared I am!
A popsicle from the nurse-post surgery.
Aaaaaaand we are totally normal.
All Gentlemen Kitties sit with paws crossed.
This is our cat Larry. My husband named him that because he thinks its funny when pets have ordinary adult-sounding human names. He looks very sophisticated.
Belly Pic
Here I am! I was right at 5 months pregnant in this picture. We are expecting a boy in September, and very excited.
